Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

The authorized cardholder should immediately report loss or theft of their Truman ID Card to the ID Office in SUB Suite 2000 during posted business hours or to the Department of Public Safety (x4176) after hours.  If your Truman ID Card has been lost or stolen and it has been activated to act as your U.S. Bank ATM/debit card, notify U.S. Bank immediately at 800-872-2657.
