Dining Dollars are a designated amount of
additional funds included with your meal plan
that can be used during designated times and on
Sunday evenings at Mainstreet Market, Jazzman's
Cafe, F
reshens
and the Convenience Store to purchase additional
food. Dining Dollars can also be used in
the Residence Halls for meals outside of your
chosen meal plan. You can treat a friend
to lunch or purchase a pizza for yourself.
You cannot deposit additional funds to your
Dining Dollars throughout the semester.
Meal Block Plans & Temporary Meal Cards
At the beginning of each semester, all new first-year and transfer students living in the residence halls and colleges will be issued a temporary meal card. Students will sign a meal plan contract in the hall/college, and indicate which meal plan is preferred:
The temporary meal card will need to be turned in to the ID Office at the time the permanent ID card is issued.
Temporary Meal Cards for Lost ID's
If you have lost your Truman ID Card, a temporary meal card will be issued at the Food Service Office in the Student Union Building. If the card is not found, the ID Card will then need to be replaced at the ID Office and the cardholder will be responsible for a $20.00 replacement charge.
