Care of Your Truman ID Card

To protect your Truman ID Card, treat it with care as you would your driver's license or credit card.  Intentionally damaging or altering your Truman ID Card is prohibited.  This includes, but is not limited to, punching holes in or stapling your card.  The ID Card has a tendency to bend, break, or scratch if the card is carried in a pocket unprotected.  The card should be protected from being bent and scratched at all times.  The cardholder may be held responsible for damage to the ID Card.  Broken and damaged cards are replaced at the ID Office during posted business hours.  Any money on the lost or stolen ID Card's Laundry Debit stripe will be forfeited.  Dining Dollars and Bonus Bucks will transfer to the cardholder's new card.
